The tortas are hot, fresh, and delicious! I got a cubano torta (pork, ham, and hot dog) and my husband got the carne asada torta (beef). Both were filled with meat and melty cheese. The bread on the torta is soft and fluffy. They toast it up very nicely. The tortas have lettuce, tomato, avocado, pickled onion, jalapeño, beans, and I don't know what else. They're served with a creamy salsa that has a little bit of spice. I am 1000% visiting this food truck again when I'm craving a hot torta. Delicious and filling!
Amazing Tortas, like the best I've ever had. Pastor was awesome and with lots of fresh vegetables including avocado. Massive portions. Decadent quesadilla, thicker than most and moist, not dry like some can be. Great empanadas too! Love this place
Best sandwiches in the Twin Cities period. Have been a huge fan of Manny's Tortas for years. Worth checking out whether you are at the Midtown Global Market or stopping by their booth at the state fair. My only qualm is the lays chips for the side, but at least you get the authentic Mexican torta experience with the chips. Can't go wrong with anything on Manny's menu.

Had the ham torta. It was the one of the best I've ever had. So flavorful and a lot of ingredients. Eat here.
I had their Cubana sandwich abd it was delicious. Went back fir the chicken empanadas. They were yummy. Then went back for the pork tacos! U get 4 street tacos and rice with beans. I loved it. Love the beans! Get extra beans. Best beans I ever had. Yum.
